Kay's Shortbread
These were wonderful, tasted even better the next day. I baked in a square glass pan, flipped out the shortbread and cut into small squares, then cooled.

Chicken With Mushrooms
We really liked this! I only had Swiss not mozzarella but you couldn't even notice, it was so gooey and melted into the chicken. Will make again for sure.
