Slow Cooker Enchiladas
Very good comfort food! Next time i will add some jalapenos, because we like our mexican with heat. Also, I only had i can of cream of mushroom, so i mixed it with a cup of sour cream, also added a can of red beans in with the taco meat. Will make again!

Buffalo Style Chicken Pizza
Yummy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! For less then it costs for 2 slices of this at my local pizzeria I made a whole pie. I used ranch (personal preference) and fresh pizza dough from the grocery stores deli section.I rolled it out and baked it for about 7 minutes( I do this when I make traditional pizza too)then followed as written...to my surprise my family had eaten the mozzarella cheese. that i bought for this recipe..so I used a combination of shredded cheddar,Monterrey jack and provolone.definitely will make again!

Seven Layer Salad
This was a GREAT salad. I made it last night with what veggies I had on hand..no peas, added red pepper and a layer of fresh parsley, I took the advice of others an did 1/2 sour cream 1/2 mayo. The only part I wont do again is to add the sugar. I added more parmesan to cover over the sweetness..I didnt care for the sweetness. OH I also only put bacon on a half layer, being that my 18 year is a vegetarian. Over all it was very, very good.DEFINETLY will make again!
