I am a wife, mother, and have a full time job. I like to cook. I use to be more of a "fancy" cook when I was younger. With children I find myself looking for easy dinners to make during the week. On the weekend I have more time to play around with different foods. Steak, chicken, and fish Every year on New Year Day I prepare a Prime Rib Roast for my family. We use our best china and silverware. We all take turn stating our goals for the new year, along with what was best the previous year. My husband and I did this before we had kids. The roast was teeny tiny then. We have continued it. The kids seem to enjoy this tradition. I made Thanksgiving dinner for the first time November 2007. With combined family and friends, there were thirty adults and children. We even had arts and crafts!
