I started cooking and really loved having people enjoy my food. I like to cook for big groups or just for me and my girlfriend, who is perfectly happy to have a cook in the house (although shes no slouch in the kitchen herself). I love to grill of course like most guys. I like to find interesting variations on simple chicken dishes for dinner and that make good leftovers. My stuffed sweet peppers are an all-time favorite. Simple and a delicious appetizer or side dish. Impressing my whole family with a very large meal at our family reunion for the first time. The dinner party my girlfriend and I had for our parents ot meet each other was a huge success.
