I'm a mother of two boys and a newlywed of about 2 months now. I've recently RE-discovered how much I love to cook and feed everyone I know.
My favorite things to cook
I love to cook anything...except fish! But I guess my current favorite would have to be canning and freezing foods. I've only recently learned how to make preserves and am working on jellies.

Since I'm from the South, I love the old ways of cooking.
My cooking triumphs
My Daddy was diagnosed with diabetes a few years ago and I guess my latest triumph would be learning how to cook all his favorites without all the sugar and fat content that he can no longer have.
