I haven't made many pie crusts, so from a novice perspective, this was very easy to make. I made several crusts in one day and I noticed that each needed a little more/less water, but easy to do following the directions. I wasn't big on the flavor though. It was flaky, but, for me, laking in flavor. Based on flavor, I would give this 3 stars, but because the recipe turned out perfect and was easy to follow, I gave it 4 stars.
