I'm a chemist, and I love to bake and cook new things. I guess it's basically the same thing with different ingredients, right? I love spending time with my fiance and our dogs, a very enthusiastic Australian Shepherd mix and our new addition, a German Shepherd-hound mix puppy.
My favorite things to cook
I love to bake (and eat) cake, cookies, etc. I also love finding new recipes that are healthy, but taste great.

Baked Teriyaki Chicken
I made it as is, and it was great! We will definitely add this to our regular rotation

Pineapple Zucchini Muffins
These muffins were very moist, but not very flavorful. If I try them again, I will use fresh pineapple instead of canned.

Perfect Summer Fruit Salad
Great fruit salad! The sauce was enough to dress up the salad without adding a ton of extra calories. I took this to a party and everyone thought it was very good. I will definitely be making this agian.
