About this Cook
I'm a chemist, and I love to bake and cook new things. I guess it's basically the same thing with different ingredients, right? I love spending time with my fiance and our dogs, a very enthusiastic Australian Shepherd mix and our new addition, a German Shepherd-hound mix puppy.
My favorite things to cook
I love to bake (and eat) cake, cookies, etc. I also love finding new recipes that are healthy, but taste great.

Chicken Soup Au Pistou
This soup was very good, even my fiance liked it. I added the pesto to the soup pot just before taking it off of the heat. It was good before the addition of the pesto, but it adds just a little something extra.

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup
This was delicious! I used chicken broth insead of beer, and I used 1 can of Rotel and 1 of plain diced tomatos, and it was plenty spicy for me! I've been eating it all week for lunch, and occasionally dinner. I froze some too, and it thawed out just fine.I will definitely make this again! I think next time I will put in less chicken and more beans, but that's just my preference.

Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken
This was very good, my fiance and I both enjoyed it. I coated the chicken in flour, as other reviewers suggested, and I used less hot sauce. The flavor was very nice, it just needs a little more to it, rather than just chicken. Next time I will add some veggies to make it more of a complete meal.
