This cheesecake is fantastic! I make it for Christmas, Easter and Thanksgiving every year and it is my husbands favourite. I cheat a little and buy 2 graham cracker pie shells and this mixture makes 2 perfect cheesecakes. To get a flawless result and zero cracking cook for 40 minutes, turn off the oven, open the oven door a few inches and leave in the oven a further 10 minutes. I have made it this way a dozen times and its perfect every time. Everyone raves about this cheesecake, I am currently making 4 right now!! Wonderful Holiday treat. Thanks for the recipe it is now a family favourite!!

Absolutely delicious!! It is very rich so you won't need a huge piece, but you'll want one anyway. Just yummy!!

Great recipe. Try making this with soft brown sugar for an even yummier caramel taste! Also make extra cinnamon sugar and coat the top. Delicious!
