Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

These cookies were amazing. This is the best chocolate chip cookie recipe that I have tried off of this site and I have tried quite a few. My one tip would be to take the cookies out of the oven after only ten minutes even if they don't look done and let them cool on the cookie sheet.

One Bowl Chocolate Cake III

WONDERFUL! This is going to be the only chocolate cake that I make from now on. I would suggest using one cup of coco powder instead of three-fourths though.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough + Cupcake = The BEST Cupcake. Ever.

These were one of the best desserts that I have ever made. The cookie dough in the middle still tasted like cookie dough after it was baked and my friends and family all loved them. I used another recipe from this site for the cake (One Bowl Chocolate Cake III) and it was so good. I will make this again with different cookie dough and cake recipes.

Zucchini Brownies

These brownies were excellent. I did not relish the thought of shredded zucchini in my brownies so I put the zucchini in a blender before adding it to the batter. It turned out wonderfully. The icing is the BEST.

Italian Cream Cake II

This was sooooo wonderful. I put the icing inbetween the layers of cake while it was still warm and the icing melted a little and made it so moist. If you are going to be making this cake for kids you probably want to leave out the nuts though. I didn't use coconut because I don't like it.

Pecan Chicken Breasts Stuffed with Cream Cheese and Broccoli

These were wonderful. I would recomend putting the broccoli mixture into the food proccesor though before stuffing the chicken bresats with them just to give it a better texture. The reason that I am giving this recipe only four stars is because of the difficulty in making these. It is very time consuming.

Chicken Pot Pie IX

YUM! This was quite delicious. It did need a bit more sauce though so I will double the sauce next time. I also added some potatoes, lima beans, and other veggies. The variations are endless.

Pie Crust IV

This pie crust was soooooo easy to make. It didn't take a lot of ingredients or time. The only complaint that I have is that it doesn't have much flavor. It is not suitable for dessert. It worked wonderfully on a chicken pot pie and quiche that I cooked though. If you replaced the shortening with butter and added a little vanilla it would make a wonderful dessert crust. I will definatly use again.

Spinach Quiche

This was wonderful. I did make a few adjustments though. I used oil instead of butter and I used fresh spinach and mushrooms. I also did not add the feta cheese. My family and I enjoyed it and I will make it again.

These tasted pretty well. It just didn't have that much flavor. I would recommend more vanilla and about a fourth of a cup more flour because the dough was too sticky to work with.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Chocolate Pinwheel Cookies

The cookies were ok but one side of the pan of cookies cooked faster than the other so half of them got burnt. They were also kind of hard to roll out. I may try them again to see if I can get them right.
