Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce
I made this especially for my very it. I halfed the recipe, used skim milk and shredded parm. Otherwise followed it. Very basic and great. I served it to her over multigrain penne pasta with a large side of brocolli. It's a keeper.

Apple Crumb Pie
Very good. I followed the recipe exactly. I used Cameo and Gala apples because it was what I had on hand. My husband loved the crumb topping so much that he recommended doubling it for next time.

Cornish Game Hens with Garlic and Rosemary
This recipe was very simple and delicious. The hen was very tender. I did not have a fresh lemon so I used lemon juice which worked fine. I would not make any changes. Thank you for the recipe!
