I'm married and have two little ones. Life is busy working and taking care of the fam. I love to bake. It helps that I have a sweet tooth! In my family, my dad was more of a cook than my mom so I think I picked up his like of making roasts, chili, soups and more hearty meals. Because I love baking so much, my boys are starting to help me more and more with mixing things and making cookies and cakes. It's so much fun! I've had a few really good parties with lots of people and cooked every bit of food for it. Ribs, fresh fish, roasted corn and lots of salads and baked items. My two most requested items are my exceptional chocolate chip cookies and chewy oatmeal chocolate bars. Oh, there are many! My husband has been a trooper! It took me a long time to figure out how to make a good, tasty roast. I suck at making asian food, even though I love it so much.
