French Baguettes
These are awesome! I made them twice this week and both times they were gone in a day! Excellent dipped in an olive oil and balsamic vinegar mixture (can you tell I'm Italian?) The only change I made was to use egg whites instead of yolk to brush the tops the second time around, it made the loaves just a bit crustier on top, but I like them either way.

Whole Wheat Bread III
I love this recipe, however I use half wheat and half white flour and sub wheat germ for the cornmeal. So yummy! This is now my staple bread around the house.
