Amish Friendship Chocolate Bread
Very good.... more like cake then bread... I made one with added bananas and is super! Next time I will try the chocolate chips added :)

Szechwan Shrimp
This recipe was one of the best I have ever had for shrimp ... what I did was make the sauce let the shrimp sit in it and then put on wooden sticks and then grilled....Yum Yum :)

Pina Colada Pork Chops
This was really good...I will be making this again. Because I did not have limes I used lemons instead and grilled these on the inside house grill. Super and fast recipe.
