Wow! I thought my lasagna was good, but this recipe totally blows mine out of the water! The only thing different that I did was to use oven ready noodles. I froze the extra sauce. I would advise anyone who is making this recipe to take the time to go to an italian cheese shop and get the freshest cheese possible, not the supermarket kind - this is a winning recipe and has become my new recipe.
