Fire Roasted Tomato and Feta Pasta with Shrimp
I have a similar recipe, with regular tomatoes and without feta, so I enjoyed the variation and found it very good!

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup
This soup is awesome, and we refer to it as fancy nachos. I'm pregnant right now, and crave nachos, so this is perfect! We stir in the cheese, sour cream, and broken chips, and it is perfect.
