Becky's Chicken Salad
Cut celery down to 1/2 cup and added 1/2 cup green onion. Added some green apples, extra grapes, extra parsley. Served it at Picnic in the Park on croissants. A huge hit!

White Bean Chicken Chili
A new favorite for us! As suggested, I used a jar of salsa verde in place of the tomatillos, and I added about two tablespoons of canned jalapenos. Our favorite toppings were lime, avocados, cilantro and sour cream.

Japanese Shrimp Sauce I
It was ok, but didn't taste like the sauce I'm used to in the restaurant.
