Kidney Beans and Corn
Very good! Super easy to throw together and tasted great! Hubby and kids loved it! Will definitely make again.

Rice with Black Beans
Yum! and was sooo easy to make. I didn't have onion and used cooked rice but followed everything else to a T. Hubby and kids gobbled it up! I added some hot sauce to mine...sooo good!

Split Pea and Ham Soup I
Made this exactly as the recipe stated. LOVED it! So did hubby and 3 kids! A great hearty meal and so easy.
