Roasted Chicken Noodle Soup

Absolutely delicious! Wonderful for the cold days. Makes a lot so you have plenty of yummy leftovers.

This is my husband's favorite chili. I did change the tomato juice to tomato sauce and tomato sauce to diced tomatoes. The only other thing I did differently was add a bit more sugar because my husband and I like a sweeter chili. Very good. Very easy! Highly recommended.

Carrot Cake III

All I can say is, WOW! My husband is a really big fan of carrot cake and I just sort of liked it. Well, not anymore!! This cake is fantastic! I did make a few small changes. I added a teaspoon of nutmeg. Then I only used 1 cup of oil. For the frosting, I only used 3 1/2 cups of powdered sugar. But without the changes, it still would have been great. Very easy to make, also! Thanks for the recipe!

Angel Chicken Pasta

I had this the other night and it was wonderful! The store was out of golden cream of mushroom soup, so I used cream of mushroom soup with roasted garlic. Plus, I added a yellow pepper and tomatoes. I want to make it again, tonight!
