These were really delicious! I halved the recipe but otherwise used the ingredients as listed. Only catch is I wanted to use my Kitchenaid stand mixer instead of hand kneading. I started with the whisk attachment to mix the first ingredients and then switched to the dough hook. After dough pulled away from the sides, I continued to mix on Level 2 for about 2 minutes (in place of the kneading). It seemed to work well! Also, I was anxious to get the rolls in the oven for dinner, so I'm not sure I let the dough fully rise each time, but again it all turned out great. I don't think you can go wrong with this one!

Used light sour cream instead of mayo and improvised with my own version of taco seasoning (garlic & onion powder, cumin, cayenne, chili powder, paprika, salt, pepper). Super easy and yummy!
