Hawaiian Fish with Pineapple
Omitted the milk completely, significantly lessened the lemon juice and added lots of pineapple. I love the flavor the pineapple adds to it.

Mom's Baked Macaroni and Cheese
I used 2 cans of cheese soup and a scoop of sour cream based on the other notes and this recipe came out wonderfully. My only comment is that it doesn't reheat very well, so I will probably half the recipe next time.

Blueberry Cherry Pie
My pie crust didn't hold up to two cups of each fruit, so it was a little messy, but delicious!
