Where I grew up, there are a lot of almond orchards so that influenced my cooking a lot. Also, I have a huge sweet tooth! Thats a hard one.. I make a killer veal and love to bake chocolate moose cake. My mom always makes clam chowder for Christmas, the best in the world if I do say so myself.. For awhile I worked at Canigilia Original Restaurant, in Omaha as a pastry chef but quit because I got pregnant. Ha, funny thing to ask. I just ran out of my kitchen in a rage of fury, because I accidentally added garlic powder instead of powdered ginger. oops! (but FAR worse things have happened.)
