AMAZING TASTES EXACTLY LIKE THE TART FROM WEGMANS AMAZING AMAZING. i took another reviewer's advise and added a packet of dry pudding mix and it made the icing tastes more fit for a fruit tart instead of a cheesecaky icing. Next time i make it though i think ill prepare the pudding mix and try adding it in so its more like parfait instead of icing but it is amazing mmmmmmMMM! I also doubled the recipie and pressed the dough into a 9x13 glass pan. Just telling you guys if you do that you will need to bake longer and make sure you do because when i did it it came out really really soft because i underbaked it but STILL WAS AMAZING!!!!!!! Also added vanilla extract to the dough, when i doubled the recipie, i added 1 tablespoon. A lOT of icing left over though. Very, Very good. My mom LOVES it. She ate 2 whole pieces in a sitting, and that's saying SOMETHING. seroiusly. Thank you so much. I will NEVER buy fruit tart again.

This was pretty good!! Though it stuck to the wax paper, even though i oiled it. the cookies had a really nice coconut taste. i added some crushed walnuts and i think that made it taste even better. my grandma loved these, as she loves coconut. Ill make these again if i get ahold of cocnut, as they are yummy and healthy. =D

Oh my goodness!!! This is better than the resturaunts. I didny add the walnuts though. This is my grandma's favorite dish, and i made it for her as a good-bye gift and ohh....she loved it. AWSOME!!! I LOVE IT!!! ILL MAKE IT AGAIN!!
