I am the mother of beautiful twin girls, age 4, and a very smiley 3-month old boy; I am also the step-mother of a vivacious four year old girl - so although I am a stay at home mom, time is of the essence if you know what I mean :) I did not have the slightest interest in cooking until I was expecting my twins, so I have only recently begun to really apply myself in the kitchen. I am always looking for new chicken recipes, and I love tilapia and salmon. I am only beginning to create my own traditions with my family, but my grandmother is a wonderful cook who could make a boot into comfort food. She makes a homemade mac & cheese that I hope to someday replicate. My very best pull-it-together-at-the-last-minute meal is tilapia baked with butter & creole seasoning, very easy & tasty. Too numerous (and depressing) to relate!
