Spicy Ground Beef Stew
It was so easy to make. I only made one addition. I added a 1/2 cup of beef broth to reduce the thickness of the stew. The flavor was great for such a quick recipe!

Puffed Cauliflower Cheese
This was delicious! I thought it had a great taste. Not too bland at all. I did add a little garlic salt, but other than that I felt the recipe was great the way it was.

Nany's Cheesy Cauliflower Casserole
I loved how creamy it was. Although, it seemed a little runny the first night. I re-heated it the next day, and it was just the right consistency.
