Very good! I had this in a 9x9 pan which was too small, took much longer to cook, next time will do in a 9x13. Was great over rice to soak up some of the sauce. Very much for people with a bit of a sweet tooth.

Cantaloupe Bread with Praline Glaze

Really enjoyed this, used an extra cup of cantaloupe instead of oil. Very moist. Had everyone try it and try to guess, of course no one could figure it out! A great way to use up some extra cantaloupe. Made without the praline glaze and it was plenty sweet. Would prob increase the cinnamon just a bit next time. This will be a regular recipe in my kitchen.

Too Much Chocolate Cake

It was good, I took it into work and everyone enjoyed it but didn't go wild. A good standard chocolate cake recipe for the future.

Chai Tea Mix

This was great! I have my whole office hooked now. I added all the extra spices suggested and cut the sugar down by 1/2 a cup. Also added a little liquid vanilla and let it mix in and dry out instead of buying seperate vanilla creamer powder. Have made it several times now and so have several of the girls in the office.
