Parmesan Pork Tenderloin
OMG - this was GREAT! The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was because I changed it slightly. I didn't have any dry bread crumbs so I took some stove top stuffing homestyle herb mix and put it in a mini chopper to grind down to the right consistency. It was easy and quick and absolutly wonderful.
