???? My Mom wasn't a fan of the kitchen, but she always put together an awesome Thanksgiving Day Feast. Her stuffing is my favorite.

Hopefully the Banana Mocha and choc chip bundt cake in the oven right now.

Flounder with Shrimp Sauce
Flounder is too fishy for our family. May try it again with Orange Roughy. Husband, who cooked the dish, says he would wrap the fish in bacon, and use cream instead of 2% milk in sauce. He prefers more flavor than the reduced calorie meal.

Spinach Lasagna III
I used more parmesan in place of the romano. I think the romano would have given it a flavor boost along with fresh basil instead of dried basil.
