Sesame Beef
I used vegetarian beef because my boyfriend and I don't eat red or white meat. I used brown sugar instead of regular sugar, 4 cloves of garlic instead of 2, and I added some sliced onions in addition to the green onions. Because I didn't have any sesame seeds, I replaced 1 tbsp. of the vegetable oil for sesame oil. I marinated the "beef" for half an hour. Towards the end of cooking the beef, I added some black pepper and it tasted great. Next time I will add some vegetables.
