These were SO great! I used the Smart Balance 50/50 butter sticks to lower the saturated fat and they worked wonderfully! We decorated them with icing made from powdered sugar and milk - they looked beautiful and tasted great too! I rolled them out on parchment paper and then transferred them to a parchment paper lined cookie sheet to bake them and had no problems with them sticking. I'll definitely use this recipe in the future!!!
