Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese
This was great, I really enjoyed it, but it was REALLY rich! I think it was the cottage cheese, but it tasted a little saltier and not as cheesy as the way I normally make mac. I used almost double the cheddar too.....the bread crumbs were good, I followed the recipe exactly except for using more cheese.

Bacon Wrapped Pork Chops
These wer sooooo good and so very easy! This was my first time cooking pork and I didn't have a meat thermometer so I left it in the oven for the recommended time and I think it got a little over done. Next time I make these I will keep a better eye on the meat and use a thermometer. They tasted great, my mom loved them so much and she is not a bacon eater. Will definitely make again. The flavor alone with the bacon is great, but it might be fun to experiment with some seasoning. I didn't have any cheese sauce on hand so I just topped them with parm. Also seasoned chops with salt and pepper before wrapping them with bacon. A keeper!

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies
These cookies were very good and pretty similar to a recipe I have been using for a few years now. The pudding definitely adds moisture and helps keep the cookies soft. I did add a bit more vanilla as I have always struggled with the flour-like after taste as some have mentioned here. Next time I make these I will probably add more vanilla and a bit more brown sugar. Overall a keeper!
