Creolized Stuffed Chicken Breasts
Using Tony Chachere's regular Creole seasoning made this way too salty; the rest was good, I'll use an allrecipes.com Creole mix the next time I make it!

Zucchini Brunch Bake
Really enjoyed this! I added a little extra parmesan and doubled the spices called for, and it came out nice and flavorful!

Ham Cheddar Biscuits
My husband loves these for a quick heat-up breakfast he can take with them. I stir in white pepper, onion powder and garlic powder to the Bisquick.
