Quick Chicken Divan
Great recipe...make it at least once per week. My modification is using Durkee's French Fried Onions on top instead of breadcrumbs. Simply top with the onions and bake.

Jumbo Banana Cookies
Very moist and filling. Added a little more bananas (very ripe), chocolate chips, pecan pieces. My husband loved them!

Roast Beef Hash Casserole
Something about this recipe is just "off". Maybe too much curry? My husband barely touched the dish. There are much better uses for roast beef.
