Slow-Cooked White Chili
This is a great tasting chili! I scooped out about 2 cups and using a stick blender, pureed just enough to thicken the broth. With the added texture difference it made the chili seem heartier. I have made this chili a few times and always gotten great reviews. I will contiune to make it.

Red Potato Salad
I love the flavors in this salad. I added more bacon and sour cream. It was creamy and flavorful. It didn't look like the picture shown but was great to eat!!! Will definatly make again.

Greek Pasta Salad II
I am sorry to disagree with all the other reviews, but I made this and it was the driest pasta salad ever. I made it for the 4th and didn't even serve it. It might work with some kind of dressing on it, but not as is!
