Banana Crumb Muffins
I also used oil insted of butter and they stayed nice and soft. but i didnt really like it, it was a little weird for me. the texture was nice though.

Roti Bread from India
I found it really hard to roll out thinly too and when I did they were really crispy. So I left the others a little thicker and they came out ok, nice and soft.
