Stir-Fry Spinach Salad
Loved the concept of this recipe. I added a handful of sliced mushrooms. I only added the cherry tomatoes at the end. I mixed the pineapple, along with some mandarain oranges, into the stir fry mixture right before serving. The sauce is great and I"ll use it in other stir fry recipes too.

Kitty Litter Cake
I didn't eat it...made it for hubby to take to work for Halloween gag. But he reported that they liked it! I did one spice cake, one french vanilla and one butter golden. I did large crumbles of each cake in a large foil disposable pan. Since I made an extra cake, I used 2 puddings. I crumbled two fullsize butterfinger bars and did a light light layer of tub buttercream frosting on top just to add some flavor. I had some Little Debbie brownies on hand anyway, so I warmed those in my hands for a few seconds and then formed them into the poo. It really is a rare delight to giggle while working in the kitchen, lots of fun making this!

Kielbasa and Veggies
I used Healthy Choice Turkey kielbasa. I used hash brown diced potatoes w/peppers and onions. We don't like brocolli and caulfiflower and such, so I used a frozen bag of black eyed peas, some mini corn on cob, frozen bag of peas/carrots and sliced some zucchini. Practically a complete meal in itself, just served with some bread.
