Robin's Best Ever Hummus
WOW! This is fantastic!! I wasn't in a rosemary mood so I omitted it and by accident I forgot to put in the lemon but it was still outstanding! My husband is not a hummus fan and he told me it was really good. Thanks for the recipe! BTW, the garbanzo beans I had - the can was 14.5oz and it was still awesome.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins
never in my life have I made such a wonderful batch of blueberry muffins and I've tried dozens of recipes. These are almost too beautiful to eat. They rise up wonderfully. I used 1% milk and added 1 tbsp of flaxseed meal. I also only used 1/2 cup white sugar in the batter and used brown sugar for the crumb topping. My kids and hubby couldn't believe how awesome they are - and they didn't know I put the flaxseed in. Thanks for a great recipe!

Spiced Quinoa
Delicious! Quinoa (pronounced keen-wa) is a whole grain and one of the most nutritious. This is a great way to serve it. I loved all the textures and flavors - I agree with another reviewer that the raisins should definitely be in it. I don't think you need to add the additional salt - there is enough salt in it from the chicken stock. Definitely will make again. Thanks for a great recipe!
