Stir Fried Sesame Vegetables with Rice

I loved this. Very tastey. I think I'll go a little lighter on the oil next time, not sure it needed as much as the recipe called for. Followed exactly.

These were so good.I followed the recipe exactly. I will make these again for sure. They were so tender. To add a little color I will sprinkle w/ fresh chives in each layer next time. Thank you!

Greek Chicken Pasta

My husband, and I both LOVED this. I only used 1 tsp of oregano and I added a little liquid from the artichoke hearts as other suggested. Other then that followed the recipe exactly and it was delicious. I can't wait to eat the leftovers for lunch tomorrow. This will be added into the rotation.

This is great! So easy and simple. I did like another reviewer said and used more butter/olive oil then lemon juice. 3 tbs olive oil, and 2 tbs lemon juice.

Whipped Cream Frosting

Ultimate Potato Soup

Very good. I had to use almost 48oz of chicken broth to cover the veggies, I also added carrots. At the end I added 2 cubes, and 2 teaspoons of garlic salt, and 1 teaspoon pepper.

Best Lemonade Ever

This lemonade is AMAZING! It was just how I like it. I did take the advice of other reviewers and use only 1 and 1/4 cup of sugar. I like my lemonade more tart then sweet! I used about 9 lemons to create the 1.5 cups of juice. It was a lot of squeezing... but WELL WORTH TI!

Flatlander Chili

Pork Tenderloin with Mustard Sauce

I LOVED THIS! I marinaded this and put it in the freezer until I was ready to make it. The pork was sooo tender. I did not make the sauce because I didn't have all the ingrediants on hand, but next time I will.

Creamy Chicken and Rice Soup

I had a hard time reviewing this recipe. I liked the "soup" I thought it had a good taste after seasoning, but it was not soup at all! I added a whole 36oz of chicken broth and it was still so thick! Next time I will use less rice and do as another reviewer said and only use 1 tbsp of flour. This could have been served as a side dish, but not soup.

American Lasagna

This came out very dry, and I don't believe there is enough meat, or cheese filling to actually cover the dish. I would increase the liquid, and up the amount of beef, and cheese mixture.
