Asparagus Mousse
Nope, not light at all. It's a nice variation on a hollandaise sauce, and freezes quite well.

Big Soft Ginger Cookies
I tried these with whole wheat flour (all I had on hand), and there is no way you could tell in the finished product. I think the only difference it made to the cookie was that it added an extra bit of texture, which was nice.

Classic Bran Muffins
These were pretty good, and I like that they contain so much wheat bran to flour. They are, however, a bit on the dry and crumbly side though, and I followed the recipe exactly. I will try these again, but I'll throw in a couple bananas and see if that moistens them up at all.
