Classic Bran Muffins
These were pretty good, and I like that they contain so much wheat bran to flour. They are, however, a bit on the dry and crumbly side though, and I followed the recipe exactly. I will try these again, but I'll throw in a couple bananas and see if that moistens them up at all.
