Crispy Cheese Twists
They are good, but don't try to make them a few days ahead of time. Maybe the day before, but after 2 days they just aren't as good as they were that first day.

Cucumber Favorites
I was trying to figure out something to do with some left over cucumber that I had. I just straight up made this into a sandwich on wheat bread. It was surprisingly good!
