Maple Salmon
This is a great recipe for people who live for flavor! I thawed a salmon filet in the sauce overnight in the fridge in a zip lock baggie. I too found that marinating longer than the recommended time did NOT have any ill affects on the fish, only enhanced the flavor. I served it over a salad with a diced granny smith apple and walnuts. It was a huge hit, thanks!
