This is a great, easy dessert. I added a layer of blueberries (fresh blueberries mixed with 1 can of blueberry pie filling) as an additional layer. Makes a quick and easy, red, white & blue dessert for July 4th. Tastes as great as it looks! I topped it with the whipped cream mixture and a stripped pattern of blueberries & strawberries.

These had a great flavor but turned out really hard- like chip your teeth hard. Would definately make again with a few modifications, I would probably use a traditional "puffed rice treat" recipe and top with chocolate rather than using the cornsyrup & sugar version. Once you get past the very hard texture, the taste was great.

These cookies turned out very good but for some reason, mine turned out "hollow"-is the only way I could describe it. They formed some sort of air pocket in the middle: still very tasty but the pocket was alittle strange. Would still recommend to others.
