just awesome!! I have made this cake twice.. i never get more than one piece- and it never lasts more than two hours in my house. both times i haven't had any coffee liqueur in my cupboards, so the first time i subbed instant coffee and some rum, and the most recent time i made my own coffee liqueur of vodka, espresso, vanilla and sugar. both times it was just exceptional. a truly decadent cake, but keep it in a safe place while it cools or you might not get a chance to taste any!

This was delicious!! I am vegan, so I used egg replacer instead of eggs, and margarine instead of butter, and they were delicious!! A bit hit, everyone who tasted them fell in love with them! I filled the tins under half way and made 21 moderate to small sized cupcakes.. but they are so rich it's good to have a small serving!! 15 mins at 325 was perfect for me.

EVERYONE LOVES THESE COOKIES. I make a vegan version, with margarine and egg replacer.. it is DELICIOUS. For Valentine's Day my student council sold cookies, and they asked me to make these.. all 60 of them sold in a flash!!
