I just recently graduated college and Im trying to find my niche in the world. I've been married to my wonderful husband for a little over two years now and things are going great! I love cats and would one day like to open a cat sanctuary (odd i know).

Oven Fried Chicken III
This recipe was really good. We made a few changes but nothing major. We used panko bread crumbs and cooked it a little longer, probably because we used legs. I will use a little less salt next time and more paprika but other than that it was spot on.

Jo Jo's Favorite Banana Muffins
This was a great recipe, but I did make some changes to it. I used this fresh ground whole wheat flour that I have available at a local market. I also used a lot more bananas. I ended up using 6 large ripe bananas. I also baked them for only 20 min. Overall the recipe was great!
