Wonderful Short Ribs

This recipe was really good! I was missing a few ingredients, so it might be even better with everything. I slow cooked the leftover ribs and sauce with some potatoes and veggies -- the meat was so tender and flavorful!

Fresh Tomato Sauce

This recipe was so-so. Flavor was good but needed to be thickened and blended. I also think the recipe was very vague with sizes of tomatoes. I probably won't make this one again.

Easy Tuna Casserole

This recipe gets 5 stars because it's easy to prepare, yummy after microwaving and even still crunchy on top, and it's unique flavor with the dried onions is fantastic. If you like tuna, double the amount. There is also enough room in the pan to double the whole recipe. I also added parmesan cheese for an extra kick on top.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

This recipe was very flavorful and easy! I do not cook fish very often and this is nearly impossible to mess up. I served it with some asparagus and my husband and I loved it. Also microwaves great!

A Good Easy Garlic Chicken

This recipe was easy and good. I didn't have any seasoning salt so I used some garlic salt instead. For a fast, easy recipe, you can't go wrong!
