I was surprised to read a review saying this recipe was forgettable. I made it just as is and my family and frinds loved it! I ran out of time and couldn't let it marinate as long as the recipe recommended and they still said it was great!

Chocolate Pudding Fudge Cake

I have made this cake more than once and it is always a favorite. I usually have to cook it longer (by about 20 minutes). My stove is calibrated, and my pan is standard-size, so I am not sure why this is. Anyway, to avoid burning, I turn off the oven and let the ambiant heat finish the cake off. Perfect! Also, it is dense so it takes a while to cool. Be patient; it's tasty enough to make the wait worth while.

Linguine and Clam Sauce

My husband LOVED this. Since it is easy, quick and inexpensive, I love it too! I ran out of olive oil, so used only butter and it was sooo tasty! It will definately be served often around here.

Sweet Potato Biscuits

I will definately make these often!These biscuits were very good and my family was glad they didn't actually taste like sweet potatoes. The only thing to indicate the presence of sweet taters was the orange color! I didn't have milk, so I used evaporated milk and that was just fine. My only complaint, and this is NOT the fault of the recipe, is that they are a teeny-tiny-TINY bit chewy. I suspect that's just because of the potaotes.
