Day Before Mashed Potatoes
Almost but not quite the same flavor as make that same day taters, but not that different plus I enjoyed having one less thing to stress about on turkey day to make and to enjoy my guest. No complaints from the guests and they were devoured. I did add a bit of cream and butter right before baking based on other suggestions. Were nice and creamy!
