These didn't turn out "ball" like as I was expecting (guess I should look at the photos more closely huh??), and baking them directly on the pan is definitely required - I made the mistake of doing two trays on parchment paper and they were very underdone/soggy and I was so bummed! The flavor is great, though. I'll pay closer attention next time.
