Super Duper Bean Salad
Excellent Dish! I sometimes substitute the oil and herbs with a little Italian dressing to save time as all I want to do is dig into this scrumptious meal.

Potato Bacon Chowder
Thanks Jacque! I loved the fullness and body of this one. I needed a good 'starter' for other adventures in the culinary wilds. I have eaten this "as is" many times and never it fails to warm the cockles of my heart on these cold wintry nights..
