I thought this would have more of a thai flavor. It was VERY peanut butter flavored. If I ever make it again, I will cut back the peanut butter and add more ginger.

I tried this recipe tonight, not sure what to expect from the reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. It was delicious. The chicken wasn't too dry and the lemon flavor infused into the chicken. It was a cross between BBQ and sweet & sour. I think next time I will add some bell peppers. Very yummy!
