Homemade Pancake Mix
Made this recipe one morning and fell in love with it! Every time we make the pancakes they are fluffy and moist. The only thing I am sure to add is a teaspoon of vanillia and then I let the batter sit a few minutes before I pour out the first pancake. The flavor is better and the consistency is the same for all the pancakes. I just love that I can just keep the dry mix in my pantry and it is quick and easy on those Saturday mornings after we slept late and want a good breakfast. We have added many different ingredients like blueberries, chocolate, and bananas and everything always turns out great! I will make it again and again!
