Insanely Easy Vegetarian Chili
Excellent! I made a double batch and froze the vegetables (minus tomatoes, corn, and beans) after sauteing and then pulled them out added the rest and it turned out great!

Hot Curried Tuna Sandwiches
Pretty good! Great with pepperjack cheese. We added extra curry and and less lemon juice than was called for. Easy and quick

Blonde Brownies I
Great! I left out the walnuts and ended up putting some sliced almonds on top along with white chocolate chips instead of the regular chocolate ones.
